Title page reads: ṿidui mi-beni Yaʻakov she'y[ikhyeh] kamfanirt ben kise le-asur [5]602 [1841] ve-hu ve-aḥ[i]v beni Yuda she'y[ikhyeh] manginim be-bet ha-keneset u-mashmishim oti be-tefilat muxxx[?} le-kavod ha-kadosh barukh hu u-lekevodi. Ve-Hashem yarikh yemehem u-shenotehem, ve-yiten lahem berakhah ve-hatslaḥah be-khol maʻase yedehem amen. Ha-kotev ha-ḳatan Itzik Offenbach.

 

This manuscript contains nine pieces for the High Holidays, with items one and two being composed by his son Jacques, who also became a famous composer.
