Description:
Two double-sided scores containing lithographed vocal score (1 voice) and manuscript organ parts. The first score is a setting of “Dem König tön’ der Sang,” written by Lewandowski to observe the 25th anniversary of the reign of Kaiser Wilhelm I on January 3, 1886. The second score is a setting of “Hingeeilt sind 100 Jahr,” commemorating the hundredth death anniversary of the German-Jewish philosopher Moses Mendelssohn on January 4, 1886.
