Shabbat, Hazzan & Meshorerim
This manuscript contains one setting of Lekhah Dodi, the prayer welcoming the Sabbath Queen on Friday night, composed by R. Meir Koblenz (Meir Levi Koblenz?) for one-two voices with ḥazan/meshorerim designation. It was originally numbered 76 and is likely part of the same manuscript at Mus. 7a. Manuscript has been dated as post-1821 due to a similarity of the initial motive to Agathe's cavatina in Act III of Der Freischütz by C.M. Weber, noted in superscription ["Oper Freyschitz"] on the manuscript itself.
