This manuscript was most likely written by Offenbach in Cologne, containing Akdamut Milin, the liturgical poem (piyyut) in Aramaic which introduces the Ten Commandments during the reading of the Torah. It is recited by Ashkenazi Jews on Shavuot. The akdamut milin composition is for one or two voices (soprano). It also contains an untitled fragment for one voice.
